ADA ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

Women’s Final Four Events

Parking

Vehicles must have a state-issued disabled hangtag or license plate to park in designated spots. ADA accessible parking will be available in all downtown parking garages and lots. Accessible parking spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.

ADA Drop Off and Pick Up Area

For Tourney Town presented by Capital One at the Tampa Convention Center, guests with disabilities may be dropped in the circle drive located directly off on Franklin Street just south of Channelside Drive.

 

Guests with disabilities attending Super Saturday Concert presented by AT&T will be able to pick up and drop off fans directly in front of Curtis Hixon Park on Ashley Drive in our designated ADA lane. 

 

 

Amalie Arena

The 2019 Women’s Final Four strives to promote access and equity for all. Amalie Arena provides accommodations for a wide range of differently-abled people. The following accessibility services are available for the semifinal and championship games:

 

Access Points

The following areas of Amalie Arena present access:

  • Lexus Lounge VIP Club: Lexus Lounge Club Members only

  • Chase Club: Lexus Lounge and Chase Club Members only

  • Budweiser Biergarten: All ticket members (space and event permitting)

  • IOA Suite Level: Suite Ticket Members only

  • Tampa Bay Club: Club Level Ticket Members, Chase Club Members, Lexus Lounge Club Members, Suite Level Ticket Members

  • The Firestick Grill: All ticket members

 

Accessible Seating

Patrons requiring assistance should contact Amalie Arena in advance of their visit.
For accessible seating questions or concerns, please email TicketOffice@amaliearena.com, or call (813) 301-6700.


If you have arrived at Amalie Arena and do not have accessible seating and need it, please see a representative at the Accessible entrance outside the Ticket Office or at Guest Services Desk located behind Section 101 on the Promenade Level for any accessible seating needs. Please keep in mind that accessible seating may vary by event and is subject to availability.


Seating locations and facilities are provided. Amalie Arena offers a barrier-free entrance with a dedicated accessible elevator.

Wheelchair Escorts

Need a little extra help getting to your seats? Our Guest Services staff will be happy to assist you. Whether it is traveling to your seat or back to your car in the Drop-Off Circle, Guest Services is there for you. Simply ask any guest services attendant for assistance. Hearing Impaired

For our guests who are hearing impaired, or deaf, we offer several options to enhance your guest experience.

 

Wilson Sound R37 Select Receiver

At the Guest Services Desk at section 101, we have Wilson Sound R37 Select Receivers for loan during events. Simply state that you need the device and we will ask for your license and cell phone information to hold while you have the devices in your possession. At the end of the event, you may return it to Section 101 and retrieve your license.

 

American Sign Language Interpreter

We are happy to provide you with an ASL Interpreter with two weeks’ notice. Please call the Amalie Arena ticket office at (813) 301-6700 and request an interpreter. We will work with the show for the proper placement of the interpreter taking into account your seat location.

 

Closed Captioning

Closed Captioning is available for all NCAA Women's Final Four Events. To use our closed captioning services while in our arena, simply click the link below.
