Press Pass is a media training program facilitated by the Tampa Bay Sports Commission (TBSC), in collaboration with the Girl Scouts of West Central Florida, for young girls in sixth through twelfth grade interested in working in the sports media industry.

This program equips young students with valuable real-world experience by providing exclusive access to the 2025 NCAA Women’s Final Four, including a behind-the-scenes view of the championship tournament and related events.​​​​ The program takes place over 20 weeks, culminating with the 2025 national championship.

Anchored by eight (8) Media Girl members, the program will give each girl the opportunity to receive hands-on experience in several areas of journalism focusing on writing, broadcast, photography/videography, and social media. Several local and national media professionals will serve as mentors to the girls throughout the program, providing their knowledge and expertise in many areas of sports journalism. Each participant will earn a Press Pass badge at the end of the program.
