President, Swim Digital Group

Trimeka Benjamin is the President of Swim Digital Group (Swim), a higher education consulting agency that works with colleges and universities to overcome challenges related to enrollment, retention and the student experience.

Trimeka’s extensive experience in higher education allows her to be the driving force behind Swim’s impact on the students throughout the country. Since beginning her career at NASCAR, Trimeka has had the opportunity to work with numerous clients to enhance the consumer experience – whether it’s the patients at one of the nation’s leading hospital networks or the students enrolling for their first term in college. Since founding the agency in 2009, Swim has worked with colleges and universities across the country, including St. Petersburg College, Broward College, Amarillo College, Morgan State University, University of South Florida, Rockland Community College, Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, and Tulsa Community College.

In addition to helping students find success through the agency’s work, Trimeka is also devoted to the success of her community. She serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Spring of Tampa Bay and serves on the board of Glazer Children’s Museum and The Women’s Exchange. Trimeka is also an active member of several organizations in Tampa Bay, including the Athena Society, Women in Leadership & Philanthropy program at USF, and the Junior League of Tampa.
