President, TECO Services, Inc.

Sarah MacDonald is president of TECO Services Inc. where she is responsible for the company's Legal, Finance, Human Resources and Information Technology departments as well as corporate communications, security, safety, procurement, facility services, process excellence, and emergency management functions.  She also holds executive responsibility for the Emera corporate functions of Safety and Environment.

MacDonald most recently served as president of Emera (Caribbean) Inc., president and CEO of ICD Utilities Limited, and president and CEO of Grand Bahama Power Company.

She joined Emera in 2001 and has served as CEO at Emera Utility Services, executive vice president of Human Resources for Emera and general manager of Human Resources for Nova Scotia Power.

MacDonald earned her law degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax and received her MBA from Saint Mary's University in Halifax.
